Eau Claire Self Storage Warehouses provides 230 secure storage units in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We have different unit sizes ranging from 6 x 10 feet to 10 x 40 feet. Our facility has 24-hour surveillance around the property.

How do I extend my lease another month?

All of our leases are month-to-month as needed. As long as you are making payments your unit is yours!

How do I end my lease? Do I get a refund?

Please notify us at least one week in advance of moving out. To end your lease, simply turn in your keys. There is a key return on site or you can make other arrangements by giving us a call.

The $30 deposit will be refunded in full if both keys are returned, unit is completely emptied, and there is no outstanding balance.

We require one-month minimum requirement for rent payment. Rent will not be refunded for a one-month lease that ends early.

If your lease was longer than one month, rent is prorated and any overpayment is returned.

Any refund of deposit and/or rent should be mailed to you within two weeks of ending your lease. Please give us a call if your address has changed or if you have not received your expected refund after 2 weeks.

When is my payment due?

Your lease begins on the date you sign your lease and receive your keys. This will stay your monthly due date for all future payments.

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, check, and money order.

How tall are your doorways?

Our overhead doorways are 7 feet or 8 feet tall depending on size and building. Handicapped accessible doors are the size of a standard door in your home.

Should I bring my own lock? 

No. We provide a security lock with two keys as part of your deposit.

Who has access to my unit? 

As a renter you can decide who has access to your unit with your keys. Please use discretion as there will be additional charges for a new lock and keys.

Management may enter your unit to make any repairs on doors or perform general maintenance on the property. Also if your account is in default, the manager will enter to inspect your unit.
