SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Our security deposit for all unit sizes is $30 for lock, keys, and cleanup. 
  • The deposit is refunded when the tenant moves out.
  • Unit has to be clean, all items removed, and both keys returned in order to be refunded the full deposit.
